Simo’s Ambassador Programme Terms

1. Eligibility and applications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to participate lawfully in their country. Applications are reviewed individually. Applying does not guarantee approval, a gifted product or continued participation.

2. Approval and Ambassador status

Approved applicants receive an Ambassador Code after it is activated. An Ambassador may be marked Active, Paused or Ended. Pausing or ending participation does not remove historical orders, commission adjustments or payment records.

3. Ambassador Codes and customer discount

An active Ambassador Code gives customers 10% off eligible purchases. Codes are personal to the Ambassador and must not be altered, sold, duplicated, misrepresented or used in a misleading way. A code may be paused or withdrawn if it is misused.

4. Eligible orders

An eligible order is a genuine, completed and paid order attributed to an active Ambassador Code. Failed, cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent, duplicate and self-referred orders do not qualify. Gift cards, delivery charges, separately identifiable taxes and other non-commissionable items do not qualify where applicable.

5. Commission threshold

The first four eligible completed orders count toward the threshold but earn £0 commission. The fifth eligible completed order earns 10% commission, and eligible orders after it also earn 10%. Commission is not paid retroactively on orders one to four.

Commission is calculated in pence on eligible merchandise actually paid after discounts.

6. Refunds, cancellations and adjustments

A full refund removes or reverses commission connected to that order. A partial refund reduces eligible sales and commission proportionally where reliable Square information is available. Adjustments remain recorded in the programme history.

7. Self-referrals, fraud and prohibited conduct

Ambassadors must not use their own code for their own purchases, create artificial orders, encourage fraudulent transactions, publish a code on coupon-spam services, impersonate Simo’s Gift Boutique or make false product claims. Suspicious activity may be excluded while it is reviewed.

8. Honest advertising and disclosure

Ambassadors must create honest content and clearly disclose their relationship with Simo’s Gift Boutique whenever promoting gifted products or content from which commission may be earned. Disclosures must be prominent and comply with applicable UK advertising rules and the rules of each social platform.

9. Gifted products

Selected Ambassadors may receive a complimentary Mystery Jewellery Bag. Approval does not guarantee a gifted product. A gifted product must be disclosed clearly in related promotional content and does not require a positive review.

10. Commission payments

Commission is paid manually using the method agreed with the Ambassador. The administration record shows commission earned, adjustments, payments and the outstanding balance. Payment timing and details may be confirmed directly before payment.

11. Suspension and termination

Simo’s Gift Boutique may pause or end participation where a code is misused, legal or platform rules are not followed, content is misleading, fraud is suspected, or the programme is no longer suitable. Valid historical records remain retained.

12. Changes to the programme

The programme or these terms may be changed or withdrawn. Material changes affecting active Ambassadors will be communicated where reasonably possible. Commission already validly earned remains subject to legitimate refunds and corrections.

13. Privacy

Application, social-profile, programme performance and payment information is used to assess applications, administer the programme, prevent misuse, communicate with Ambassadors and maintain business records. See the Privacy Policy.
