Build Your Own Jewellery Bags

Premium Collection pieces are sold separately and are excluded from Build Your Own Jewellery Bags. They may be purchased alongside a bag at their individual price. A price reduction does not make a Premium Collection piece eligible for a bag.

With Build Your Own, you choose 3 (Standard), 6 (XL) or 9 (XXL) eligible jewellery pieces from the products available on our website and receive the pieces you selected. Each bag must be configured separately. Your selections are checked again at checkout and are confirmed only when Square completes payment.

If a selected piece becomes unavailable before payment, the order will not be completed and you will be asked to choose again. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change after ordering; changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started.

Prices, payment and accepting an order

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Current Jewellery Bag prices are displayed on their product pages. UK delivery costs £1.84, or is free on orders over £50 after discounts and the total price will be shown before payment.

Card payments are processed securely by Square. Simo’s Gift Boutique does not receive or store your full card number or security code. An order is accepted only after Square confirms that payment has been completed and an order confirmation is displayed. If we cannot accept an order after payment, the payment will be refunded.

Free little gift offer

Every Build Your Own Jewellery Bag includes free surprise gifts in addition to the jewellery pieces in the selected bag size. The gifts are selected as additional surprises; no particular product or monetary value is promised. Final promotional conditions displayed before purchase will apply.

Accounts and WELCOME10

You may check out as a guest or sign in to a free customer account. Your account can show paid orders associated with the same account or email address.

When WELCOME10 is active, signed-in customers can receive 10% off their first paid order by entering the code at checkout. The code can be used once per account and email address. The discount is applied only when checkout confirms that the code is active and the customer is eligible.

Delivery

Paid orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day after the weekend or bank holiday. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK delivery costs £1.84, or is free on orders over £50 after discounts and orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch (estimated, not guaranteed). This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and may be affected by bank holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. These products are supplied for private use; we are not responsible for business losses.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you order will apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections in your part of the UK continue to apply.
