Returns

If you change your mind, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the return back.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return postage. Please handle jewellery only as needed to inspect it; a refund may be reduced if an item is used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
