Can I include Premium Collection pieces in a Jewellery Bag?
No. Premium Collection pieces are sold separately and are not included in either Jewellery Bag. You can buy a Premium Collection piece alongside a bag in the same order at its individual price.
Can I choose the exact jewellery?
With Build Your Own, you choose 3 (Standard), 6 (XL) or 9 (XXL) eligible jewellery pieces from the products available on our website and receive the pieces you selected.
How do I order two Build Your Own Jewellery Bags?
Configure and add each bag separately. This keeps the selections for each bag clear and lets us check every chosen piece correctly.
Can I choose the same piece twice?
You cannot choose the same product variation twice in one Build Your Own Jewellery Bag. Different colours or variants shown separately may be selected.
What if a selected piece sells out?
Availability is checked again at checkout. If a piece is no longer available, no payment is taken. Your configured bag remains visible in the Basket so you can review the selections and replace it with a newly configured bag.
Can I change my choices after ordering?
Contact us immediately. We cannot promise changes after payment, especially once your order is being prepared.
What types of jewellery could I receive?
Pieces may include rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings or other jewellery, depending on available stock. A particular category is not guaranteed.
What materials are used?
Every bag is filled from our quality-selected range. Materials and finishes may include 304/316 stainless steel, 18K gold plating, PVD, vacuum plating, cubic zirconia, enamel, imitation pearl and glass, depending on the selected pieces.
Is the jewellery waterproof and anti-tarnish?
Materials and finishes vary between pieces. Where a supplier has specifically confirmed waterproof or anti-tarnish properties, this will be stated in that product’s description. If a product does not make that claim, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and cleaning products, and follow the care information provided.
Does every Jewellery Bag include a free gift?
Yes. Every Build Your Own Jewellery Bag includes free surprise gifts in addition to its jewellery pieces: 3 for Standard, 6 for XL or 9 for XXL Build Your Own. No monetary value or specific gift is promised.
When will my order be dispatched?
Paid orders are dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day after the weekend or bank holiday. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
How are UK orders delivered?
UK delivery costs £1.84, or is free on orders over £50 after discounts and orders will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch (estimated, not guaranteed). Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my order?
You can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind, then return it within the following 14 days. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described items are not affected.
